Since 2008, it has been possible to work from home as a customer service employee for various VANAD projects. We are currently all working from home and have conducted a specific employee survey about this. Our employees enjoy working from home and feel supported and still part of the team. Trust and self-reliance are more important than control and accountability.
The approach, facilities and available communication channels are essential when it comes to staying connected to our employees. We use the Customer Experience platform Quandago, which enables our employees to work wherever there is a (secure) internet connection.
